Policy

Smoking is NOT allowed inside any of the college buildings (a provincial regulation). It is NOT allowed in designated outdoor areas within 9 meters of the entrance (Kente main entrance, ECE entrance, two of the entrances at the back of the building and the library entrance).

Smoking is allowed outside the four entrances at the back of the college, outside the pub, outside the cafeteria and outside the automotive entrance. These areas also include cigarette butt disposal containers.

Thank you for respecting everyone by checking for the signs which will tell you whether you are in a designated smoking area. This allows people who wish to enter the college without having to pass through smoke to enter through the designated non-smoking areas.
