Congratulations are in order to all of those
participated in the Leave The Pack Behind Contest.
Everyone left the End of Contest party a winner!!!

The End of Contest party at Father & Sons was a huge success
and the LTPB team would like to thank all of those who showed
up for the fun. There were many winners in the contest and they
brought home great prizes thanks to our sponsors.

The success of the party reached the campus newspaper, The
Fulcrum
, where Rob Fishbook took comments from the contest
winners…

Tatiana Leftick, winner of the trip-for-two to Toronto,
was quoted by Fishbook, “I think that [Leave The Pack Behind]
is a good thing…I was definitely more successful than I would
have been on my own. It was hard, but I had a lot of support from
my friends…I was pretty motivated to win the trip and it
helped out a lot,” Leftick said. Leftick said that she heard
about the contest from her friend and was inspired by her as well
as the trip to Toronto.

The second winner for the Quit for Good contest, Adam Bowes,
shares his quitting experience, “It was very hard, I had
to give up a lot, I couldn’t hang out with my friends who
smoke and I became addicted to toothpicks as a coping mechanism.
It was extremely difficult, but the hardships were worth the rewards
in the end,” said Bowes.
