“LTPB gave me a specific quit
date and a $500 incentive to continue smoke-free. The crest
whitening
quit
was a nice suprise that helped to curb my late night cravings!
It’s hard to smoke with white goo on your teeth. Eventhough
I was ready to quit when I joined, I would recommend the program
to any
smoker who wants to quit or has been thinking about quitting.
I kept saying to myself, ‘what’s another 8, 6, 4…weeks?
If I really want to smoke after the 8 weeks, then I will AND
possibly
have $500!’ Well, it’s been 12 weeks, the cravings are
gone AND I have $500!”

Mission Statement

We are an active committee
here to help those individuals who have taken the first step
and decided to try to kick the habit. Through support, counseling,
and personalized programs, we will empower individuals to maintain
the fight. We recognize that smoking is an addiction on many
different levels and that breaking these addictions a struggle.
Our main focus is that of choice. We have many choices in life
and smoking is one of them; however, if one chooses to attempt
quitting but needs a helping hand, we are here to lend that hand.
