Quit Your Way…

Nicotine Lozenge

Nicotine Lozenges

You are just over 2 times more likely to quit successfully if you use nicotine lozenges1

What the nicotine lozenges do for you

The lozenge is your secret weapon for taking the edge off of cravings. Sucking on a nicotine lozenge when a craving hits gives your body the dose of nicotine it’s looking for.

How to use them

Suck on the lozenge and occasionally move it from one side to the other side of your mouth. It should take 20-30 minutes for the lozenge to dissolve completely; don’t bite it or swallow large pieces.

The nicotine lozenge is available in 2mg and 4mg doses, with fun flavours like: cherry, mint and cappuccino. Ask a doctor or pharmacist to help you figure out which dosage is best for you. Follow the dose and frequency they recommend! Seriously! Otherwise you risk losing the effectiveness of the lozenges to help you quit!2

Where to get them

Nicotine lozenges are available without a prescription. Buy them at any drug store.

What they cost

The cost is about $30-$40 for 96 lozenges. The price may depend on the brand you choose to use.
